ClaimSwipe uses a 14-point qualification process to screen claimants before delivery. We stand behind our lead quality with the following policy:
Geographic or campaign-level exclusivity is available on Professional and Enterprise plans and must be specified in a signed campaign agreement. Without a written exclusivity agreement, leads may be sold to multiple clients in the same market.

All content on this website, including design, copy, and data, is the property of ClaimSwipe and may not be reproduced without written permission. Lead data delivered to clients may be used for the client's internal legal marketing purposes only.
ClaimSwipe's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no guarantees regarding case outcomes, retainer conversion rates, or settlement values.
Either party may terminate a campaign with 30 days written notice. ClaimSwipe may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that violates applicable law or bar rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
